2. Registration

Only adults may register. When a seminar is paid for online, a registration made on the website is complete only once the payment is: if the payment is not completed, the registration is not recorded and you are not charged. When a session is full, the registration goes on a waiting list, with no payment, and does not secure you a place.

3. Price and payment

The price of each session is shown on the website and is final. Where there are tiered prices, for example a lower price for early registration, the price of the day you register applies.

For most seminars you pay online by card, straight after registering, through Stripe. You enter your card details directly on Stripe's payment page and we never see them. Your place is secured as soon as the payment is complete.

For C-TECC for First Responders and Wilderness First Aid, the payment arrangements are described on our training platform, where we enrol you after you register. For registrations made directly with us, we agree the payment method with you.

We issue the legally required receipt for every payment.

4. Cancelling within 14 days

You may cancel your registration within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason, provided the seminar has not started. Email us at info@lifesupporthub.edu.gr with your full name and the seminar. We refund the full amount, by the same means you paid, within 14 days of receiving your request.

5. Cancelling after 14 days, or not attending

After 14 days the amount is not refunded. Your place is not lost, though: you keep it for 18 months from the date of the original session and can use it for a later session of the same programme. The same applies if you do not come to the seminar, even without telling us. If you do not use the place within the 18 months, it expires.

If you cannot come, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally at least 7 days before the seminar, so that we can give the place to someone who needs it urgently.

6. Moving to another session

To use your place, tell us at least 20 days before the session you want. The move costs nothing extra, even if the new session is priced higher, provided there are places available. Ask for it by phone or by email, not through the website's form, which would ask you to pay again.

7. If we cancel or change a session

If we cancel a session or change its date, we tell you as soon as possible and you choose: a full refund, or a move to another session of the same programme.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Each registration is governed by the terms in force on the day it was made. The current version is always on this page, with an updated date.
