Evangelos Karagiannis
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
A serviceman and Ambulance Crew Rescuer, licensed to practise and specialised in emergency prehospital care. He completed his studies at the EKAV Vocational Training Institute (IEK EKAV) and was certified in the specialty by EOPPEP in 2023.
As a member of the Armed Forces, he has many years of experience in training personnel under crisis conditions. He is an instructor at the Joint Combat Trauma Training Centre, certified in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) by NAEMT, and has been responsible for training the Special Disaster Response Units formed in the aftermath of storm "Karla".
As an Organizer of European Resuscitation Council programmes (BLS and PBLS) and a partner of international bodies such as C-TECC and the American College of Surgeons (Stop the Bleed), he designs and coordinates Life Support Hub's certified training programmes. He is also an instructor in technical rope rescue in urban and mountain environments.
Through Life Support Hub, he envisions a society where the knowledge of lifesaving is not the privilege of the few, but the right of all.
